Delivery, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Delivery charges will be added at checkout. Delivery price will be adjusted depending on the location.
  • Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday (10am - 7pm).
  • Timed deliveries are not available. We promise to try our best to ensure punctual delivery within 10am to 7pm.
  • If there’s a change of address, do contact us via our whatsapp to make appropriate changes to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. However, changes can only be made 24 hours before the intended delivery day. Refunds are not available for any deliveries sent to the wrong address if we have not received an advance notice from you in accordance with this paragraph. 
  • TwoBiteBakers will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under circumstances as stated below:
    • The recipient is not present at the given address at the time of delivery to receive the item(s).
    • The address given is incorrect and insufficient.
    • The recipient’s contact number given is invalid or unreachable. 
    • Refusal of any item(s) by the recipient. No refunds will be made and item(s) will be considered delivered. 
    • During bad weather conditions (eg. heavy rain, storm, flood etc.), our driver may not be able to deliver orders on time. These situations are out of our control. Therefore, we will not provide a refund or offer re-delivery for these affected orders.
  • Refunds or changes are not accepted once you have received your order(s), either self-pickup or by delivery. All our cakes and desserts are non-returnable. We prioritize your satisfaction and will inspect our product(s) before sending them out to you because you deserve the best!
  • To be eligible to cancel your order(s), please contact us at least 48 hours before your intended delivery or pickup time. Our customer support team will try their best to assist you. If your request is accepted, we will create the refund via bank transfer. 
  • We want to make sure our product(s) are delivered in the best possible condition. If for any reason(s) we made a mistake or your delivery did not turn up, please contact us via our whatsapp, we will try our best to make a replacement on the next available delivery date, or a refund. If a refund is offered, do take note that banks can take up to 10-30 business days to process and transfer the refund into your account. TwoBiteBakers Sdn Bhd has no control over these time frames.
